I work with adults, children, and teens on a variety of challenges including: anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and more. I utilize a variety of evidence-based practices, but have a very eclectic approach because it is important to find the right type of therapy for you, and a one-size approach does not fit all. It can be scary to start therapy, so I like to create a warm and empathetic space that focuses on strengths to help people feel heard. In my sessions, I like to utilize compassion and humor to build our relationship. We will work together to help you achieve your goals.
