What should a new client know about working with you?

I am committed to providing culturally sensitive services in a safe and affirming space, and welcome clients of diverse backgrounds, abilities, religious affiliations, gender identities, and sexual orientation.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe that the quality of our lives begins with a secure relationship to self. If we do not understand our strengths, vulnerabilities, values, preferences and boundaries, we may find ourselves repeatedly stuck in dead-end relationships, careers or environments without even realizing we don’t have to be. I can help you claim (or reclaim) your self-relationship by partnering with you to discover how you may be allowing your past to: * Inaccurately define you, * Unjustifiably dictate your present, and * Lock you into an unwanted yet painfully familiar future. Combining my knowledge of attachment styles, Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT), and personality type, such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), I’ll teach you how to understand your unique starting point, debunk self-sabotaging myths, strengthen self-esteem and reach your intended destination of personal and professional fulfillment.
