If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in the same arguments, or wondering why things just don't seem to get better no matter how hard you try-you're not alone. Maybe your mind won't slow down at night. Maybe conversations with your partner turn into the same frustrating cycle. Or maybe you're carrying stress, anxiety, or emotional weight that no one else seems to fully understand. You might look like you're holding it all together on the outside, but inside it feels exhausting. That's where we start. In our work together, we focus on helping you make sense of what's happening beneath the surface-so you can stop reacting in ways that leave you feeling drained or disconnected. You'll learn how to manage overwhelming thoughts, understand your emotional patterns, and respond in ways that feel more steady, intentional, and aligned with who you want to be. For couples, this means identifying the patterns that keep you stuck-those moments where communication breaks down, frustration builds, and connection feels out of reach. Together, we'll work to slow those moments down, rebuild understanding, and create more supportive, respectful ways of relating to each other. My approach is straightforward and supportive. I won't just listen-I'll help you build practical tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life. At the same time, I make sure you feel heard, understood, and not judged. Clients often tell me they leave sessions feeling clearer, more grounded, and better equipped to handle what's in front of them. You don't have to keep navigating this on your own. When you're ready to feel more in control, more connected, and more like yourself again, I'm here to help. Schedule your first session, and let's get started.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
