By exploring values, behaviors, and emotions, Laine uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rational Emotive Therapy to help clients overcome life's challenges and obstacles. She has a special interest in working with anxiety, stress, grief, substance abuse, and mood disorders. Mindfulness plays an important role in Laine's personal life and is incorporated into treatment when appropriate.
