A bit about me... I am a licensed Clinical therapist since 1994, assisting clients in achieving their goals! We achieve this together with talk therapy, hypnosis, movement, breath, and a light-hearted approach to making lasting changes. These techniques include Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and Energy Psychology, Life Coaching, Grief counseling, and Trauma resolution. We work together to find solutions! My education and work experience... As a licensed Clinical Social Worker since 1994, I have worked with adults of all ages in Outpatient and online settings.
