Getting to know Christine Fuchs-Gosselin

You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or burdened by past experiences. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, codependency, or substance use, you’re likely looking for relief—and for someone who truly listens. My role is to walk beside you with empathy, helping you find clarity, peace, and renewed purpose. With over 20 years in behavioral health and 11+ years providing clinical therapy, I bring a compassionate, holistic approach to healing. I specialize in substance use recovery, trauma-informed care, and co-occurring disorders. Drawing from evidence-based modalities like CBT, mindfulness, and integrative wellness practices, I tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs. My background in both traditional clinical settings and holistic healing centers allows me to address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. You don’t have to face these challenges alone. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your story without judgment and begin the work of healing. If you’re ready to reconnect with your inner strength, grow beyond what’s holding you back, and move toward lasting wellness, I would be honored to support you on that journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients often tell me they feel genuinely heard and supported in our work together. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in both evidence-based practices and holistic care. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed frameworks to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In our initial sessions, we’ll take time to explore what brings you to therapy, identify contributing factors, and clarify your goals. From there, we’ll develop a personalized plan that honors your unique story and strengths. I work with the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and believe that healing happens when we feel safe, empowered, and deeply understood.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and codependency. I also specialize in Substance Use Disorder Counseling, bringing over 20 years of experience working with individuals in recovery. In our initial sessions, we’ll explore what brought you to therapy, identify contributing factors, and create a personalized plan for healing. Many clients begin to notice relief within the first month, with ongoing, sustainable progress over time.
