What should a new client know about working with you?

I use a lot of metaphors, humor, empathy and enjoy teaching a lot of skill-building exercises to help you feel confident working through your feelings and establishing healthy boundaries. You will learn how to identify and express your feelings; reduce and prevent emotional buildup; reduce and prevent anxiety and depression symptoms; learn coping skills for better decision making; increase self-esteem; healthier relationships; and feel more confident about your identity.
