Getting to know Christine Gibb
I began my journey healing others in 2007 as a yoga teacher leading wellness retreats. I was trained in a somatic psychotherapy called Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy and practiced this body-based work before earning my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brandman University. I am passionate about the intersection of psychology, yogic philosophy, neuroscience, and mindfulness, and I combine all of these in the work I do as a therapist. I am dedicated to helping others live their best life. I specialize in depression, anxiety, OCD, and life transitions.
