That is why it is so important to find the right therapist, someone who will listen with an open mind to try to understand you and your reasons for seeking help. I appreciate how difficult that step can be and I work with my clients at their pace and comfort level to increase the trust that is so critical for progress in therapy. I am experienced in working with diverse populations and specialize in working with first responders, active duty military, veterans, and their family members. Whether your problems are acute or chronic, rooted in present difficulties or past events, there are solutions and there is hope. I believe that most people can overcome these difficulties with the proper guidance and support. Through weekly, biweekly, or monthly sessions, we can work together to solve these problems and get you back to being the best you.
