Together, we explore how early attachment experiences and unconscious patterns shape your inner world - and how those dynamics show up in anxiety, self-doubt, or difficulty in relationships. Therapy becomes a space to deepen awareness and reconnect with emotions. My approach is relational, warm, and grounded. I offer honest reflection and deep listening, with room for humor, creativity, and complexity. If you’re longing for more meaning, connection, or clarity in your life, we can work together to uncover what’s getting in the way - and what wants to emerge. I am trained in EMDR and Prepare&Enrich Couples Counseling.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process begins with building a strong, trusting relationship so you feel safe to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. In our early sessions, we’ll look at what’s bringing you in now and start connecting it to patterns in your relationships, emotions, and past experiences. I work from a psychodynamic and attachment-based perspective, which means we explore both the “here and now” of your life and the deeper roots that influence how you think, feel, and relate. From there, therapy becomes a collaborative process—part reflection, part active exploration—where we notice what’s working, uncover what’s been holding you back, and experiment with new ways of relating to yourself and others. My style is warm, direct, and relational, blending insight with practical tools so you can make meaningful changes and create more fulfillment in your life.
