My life experience includes being a hospice chaplain, a trauma responder, and a college professor. I use these experiences to inform my approach to a diverse client base. I know it takes a lot of courage to reach out for help. A good fit between a client and therapist is crucial for success. I have over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate grief and loss, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I earned my PhD from Loyola University Maryland, which deepens my understanding and commitment to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim.
