What should a new client know about working with you?

I primarily use a mix of CBT & DBT with sprinkles of other theoretical models in my practice. In your first session, we will explore current challenges and then we will work collaboratively to enact changes that assist you in aligning your behavior with your values and consequently creating a more meaningful and purposeful life experience for you and your family. I'm honored to guide and support you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with parents and families struggling with life transitions and finding balance while confronting infertility and/or during pregnancy/postpartum. In our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the current challenges you are facing and we will work collaboratively to create and enact a plan for change to improve your quality of life. You can expect a gradual lifting of symptoms and working toward sustained growth over time.
