“It’s ok not to be ok.” Do you suffer from intrusive thoughts and expectations that become consuming, triggering anxiousness and depression? What you are experiencing can be related to past trauma, current relationships, and overall life challenges. Let’s put an end to racing thoughts and negative self-talk; I can help you uncover trauma and process unresolved feelings. Together, we can work on coping skills to get you through the debilitating times that come with depression and anxiety while focusing on empowering a new you. Life can be tricky, so learning a skill set to decipher rational thoughts from irrational ones is essential.
I look forward to aiding all my clients in achieving mental freedom. Understanding what affects you allows you to set boundaries to safeguard your future. Do not be captive to yourself. Understanding the impact of life can liberate your thoughts and emotions.
I have eight years of experience working with teenagers and adults suffering from past and current trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and gender transition. As a Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from Capella University, I practice using a trauma-informed care approach with modalities such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, we can set realistic goals for growth and achieve success in creating a new you free from self-doubt, negative self-talk, and overpowering emotions.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I offer a highly personalized approach to therapy, no a middle of the road, one size fits all sessions. Together we will explore what your specific pinpoints are and set specific goals to work towards.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I'd like to meet you and get to know you and your situation. Life can be tough, but I'm here to help you feel better and find happiness, peace, and fulfillment in your life. Before we meet for our first session our front desk staff will be in contact with you to determine our fit as well as send you my intake paperwork. This will help us get some first ideas of what you would like to achieve in therapy to make your first session extra focused and productive!

Initial session: $150 for 45 minutes
Ongoing session: $150 for 45 minutes

You pay the session fee upfront and the therapist offers a superbill, so you can get reimbursed from your insurance provider through your Out of Network benefits.
Please note: We do not accept Medi-Cal or other state-funded insurance programs. Patients will be responsible for the full cost of care at the time of service.
