What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first session is focused on getting to know you—your current concerns, background, and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We will talk about your challenges and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and achievable for you. From there, sessions are guided by your needs and may include talk therapy, emotional processing, skill-building, and exploring relationship or family dynamics. I often work from a systemic and solution-focused perspective, helping you understand both internal experiences and external stressors that may be impacting your well-being. We will regularly review progress and adjust the focus of therapy as needed to ensure it continues to support your growth, healing, and overall well-being.
