I specialize in grief and loss. Grief and loss can include death, break-ups or divorce, relationship transitions, illness, pet loss, job loss, loss of home, or experiencing a move. Even positive life changes can bring feelings of sadness and loss. Grief can be overwhelming and often accompanies many additional feelings, such as anxiety, anger, sadness, resentment, and relief. I help clients by validating and exploring these emotions, identifying coping skills and support, and giving them the tools to rebuild their new normal. Other common issues I address include anxiety, self-esteem, relationship challenges, coping skills, and family conflict. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Central Florida, which equips me with the knowledge and skills to support clients through these complex experiences.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
