What should a new client know about working with you?
I have a deep interest in how our childhood experiences and relationships affect our mental health, sometimes creating patterns that keep us feeling stuck. I believe that by looking honestly at these early influences, we can learn to manage—and even release—the issues that hold us back the most.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I see every struggle as having a root cause, and I view my role as helping you uncover what lies beneath the surface. Together, we’ll shine a light on what’s hidden, work through what we find, and help you move forward with greater freedom and resilience. Chris was awesome! I feel he really listened to me, and had insightful feedback that has really helped me! We used psycho dynamic techniques and talk therapy to uncover some very difficult and unresolved issues from my past that were affecting me.
