I hold a bachelor's degree in communication and a master's in social work from the University of South Florida. After a successful career in the corporate world, I chose to pursue a second career dedicated to making a difference in people’s lives. Engaging in therapy can be a powerful step toward personal growth and healing. The truth is, we all need a little help at one point or another. For clients dealing with more intensive trauma, I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based approach that helps individuals process and resolve traumatic experiences efficiently and effectively. My goal is to meet clients where they are, offering the right tools and strategies to help them move forward with confidence and clarity.
