Hi, I’m Chris. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges and heal from trauma. My own journey began by working through my own trauma, and that personal experience is what inspired me to dedicate my career to supporting others on their path to healing. I specialize in trauma therapy and have advanced training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Somatic Experiencing. These approaches allow me to help clients gently process overwhelming memories and experiences so they can find peace, clarity, and balance in their lives. Outside of my work, I love rock climbing, skiing, fly fishing, and spending time with my family and friends. These activities remind me of the importance of connection, joy, and resilience, values I bring into the therapy room as well. I believe every person has the right and the ability to live their best life. In therapy, we work together to understand your story in a new, healthier way so you can move forward with strength, confidence, and hope. Healing is possible, and I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
