I am honored to serve folks who happen to have mental health issues such as any fear/anxiety based conditions (GAD, OCD, etc.), depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma events, and more. My approach is client/person centered, which means your thoughts, opinions, needs, and goals are the center of each session. My front end goal is to establish a safe, comfortable, and a non-judgmental environment in each session. My ultimate goal is to help you get to a place where you feel and believe you gained or re-gained your empowerment and confidence to Maleage your mental health and perform your daily functions the way you want to. I too have struggled with some mental health issues when I was younger, and now I am proud to be able to pay it forward. I have been blessed to serve in this mission field for over 20 plus years. I look forward to working with you.
