Hello, my name is CJ (he/him) and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist here at Talkspace. I am here to help in any way I can. Life poses many challenges that at times can be difficult to navigate alone. Helping clients work through individual and relational issues, self esteem, and developing coping skills has been the basis of my work. My approach integrates CBT, Systems Theory, and Postmodern approaches. I believe that treatment is a collaborative experience in order to make the progress clients desire. I accept everyone as they are and seek to assist as they seek to become who they want to be.
