I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Saint John Fisher University and am here to support you on your journey toward healing and connection.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Let's work together to find the mindful solutions and coping skills that work for you to help you increase your confidence and build meaningful relationships. Many people like us have found success in learning to accept ourselves for who we are & not who others want us to be. Many clients like us have discovered new, healthier ways to form meaningful relationships with good, healthier people.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

At the Biracial Counselors, LLC, we believe people have lived experiences, not disorders. I understand feeling traumatized and like I don’t fit in with “the crowd” and wanting to be accepted by “everyone.” Therefore, I cope by keeping to myself so I will not feel rejected by others and feel sad, “depressed,” and alone. Can you relate to asking yourself, “Why me? Why don’t I fit in with everyone? What’s wrong with me?” If so, let's continue your healing & recovery; call me.
