I believe that our thoughts have a deep connection with our words, which ultimately impact our behaviors. I take a Cognitive Behavioral approach complemented by solution-focused, person-centered treatment. Empathy and environment are key factors that I explore when working together with my clients.
I feel my strength lies in having overcome a great deal of trials and tribulations to become the man I am today. I am a Purple Heart recipient who was medically retired from the Marine Corps. I found myself disabled before the age I could legally drink alcohol. Coincidentally, my background involves working with those challenged by anxiety, depression, and addictions.
I hold a Doctor of Psychology degree from Capella University and a Master's in Clinical Social Work from the University of Central Florida, which further supports my commitment to providing compassionate, effective care.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
