I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a virtual telehealth practice in Florida. I specialize in trauma, addiction, personality disorders, anxiety disorders, and mood disorders (e.g., depression, bipolar). I would love to help you get your life back on track or to where it could be.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am approachable yet challenging, willing to help you get through the hard stuff. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and well-practiced in Prolonged Exposure therapy, two very powerful methods for healing from historical trauma, which I find is beneath most mental health and substance use disorders.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
