Whatever you may be struggling with, I will work with you to develop an individualized approach to therapy that centers your needs and goals, helping you create a more satisfying, purposeful life. I provide a safe, supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. I believe that each of us possesses the capacity for growth and transformation. My goal is to help empower you to find clarity, heal, and live a more fulfilling life. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Arizona University and completed my internship at Terros Health - Stapley Health Center in Primary Care, experiences that have shaped my approach to compassionate, client-centered care.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in working with adults who are struggling with grief, trauma, addiction, and anxiety. To center a client’s unique needs, I draw most often from Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Solution Focused Therapy. Taking the first step toward change can be difficult, but no matter where you are in your journey, I can help you develop strategies to meet your life’s challenges. I am here to support you in your own personal journey as you work toward healing and creating a more meaningful life.
