I was in a very dark place before I started my sessions with Christy and was reluctant to seeing anybody but it was the best decision ive made. Ive tried many many therapists and none have worked until now. She is professional, understanding but also does not make you feel like you are talking to a robot healthcare provider. She is patient and non judgemental and gave me measurable goals that we continue to work on. I have felt so much better since starting with her and dont have to depend on meds. Highly recommend her to anybody who is looking for guidance, someone to lean on or even a shoulder to cry on.
