I specialize in Brainspotting and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT),both trauma focused approaches to help clients process experiences and reduce anxiety in a structured, supportive way. Sessions are collaborative and paced carefully. I offer services to Redding, Roseville, and Northern California. I believe growth happens when people feel genuinely heard and supported. Therapy is not about fixing what is “wrong” with you, but about understanding what you’ve been through and helping you reconnect with your strengths. If you are ready to begin this process, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I help my clients who are struggling with trauma, insomnia and anxiety. Many of the adults and teens I work with feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, fear, or emotional reactivity that don’t improve with willpower alone. Trauma can impact sleep, concentration, relationships, and a sense of safety—often long after the original experiences have passed. Therapy with me focuses on helping your nervous system feel safer, more regulated, and better able to respond to daily stressors.
