My name is Chukwuma Ekeh, and I have been a social worker and therapist for over 10 years. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. I love helping people reach their goals and improve their day-to-day functioning. I enjoy educating people on how their thoughts and emotions affect their actions and reactions. I am trained to help clients work through their trauma, whether from childhood or adulthood. I am very down-to-earth, non-judgmental, and treat everyone as the unique individual they are.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My style is very down to earth conversation. It's like talking to a friend that will give you honest and non-judgmental feedback. I also implement education as a major part of learning to process emotions and implement changes.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy starts off with the intake, which is my opportunity to get to know you and the reason you came to therapy. Then sessions start. Sessions are usually 1 hour weekly but based on issues the frequences it can be different.
