I specialize in Emotion-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Attachment-Based Therapy. These approaches allow me to tailor our sessions to your unique needs and help you navigate through anxiety, depression, family and intimate relationships, stress, and life transitions. In our work together, whether with individuals, couples, or families, I believe that the internal assessment is only as strong as your external influence.
