Teddie is a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental clinician who offers a safe and compassionate space to work through the issues that have brought you to therapy. She has a clientcentered, strengthbased approach and utilizes a variety of treatment modalities to meet her clientâs needs, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy CBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy SFBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ACT and mindfulnessbased interventions. She has experience treating those with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, learning differences and attention difficulties. Teddie treats adults of all ages and is proud to be part of the LifeStance team helping clients reach their goals. In her spare time, Teddie enjoys traveling, walking her dogs, photography, and spending time with family.
