I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a doctoral degree in psychology and over 15 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and adolescents through some of life's most challenging moments. My practice is entirely virtual, so I can meet you where you are — from the comfort of your own space. I work with clients across the lifespan, from teenagers to older adults, and I offer sessions in English, French, and Spanish.
