She explains, “What I love most about being a therapist is getting to witness people discover their own resilience and capacity for growth. I especially love helping people who feel deeply misunderstood or overwhelmed by their emotions, because I know how isolating that can feel. Being able to provide a space where someone feels seen, heard, and accepted, where they can explore their experiences without judgment, is incredibly meaningful to me. I also value approaches that honor nonverbal expression, including dance, movement, and other creative modalities, because there are many ways to express and process experience beyond words. It’s a privilege to support people as they uncover strengths they may not have recognized in themselves.”
