It would be an honor to help you problem solve changes or daily stressors. Clients will benefit from learning coping skills to manage stressors and changes. I enjoy working with teens, adults and couples. I am a proud Lamar Cardinal and have been counseling individuals since 2014. I love seeing my clients have light bulb moments. It is rocket fuel for me.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, caregiver support, post partum, chronic pain, and trauma.
