Getting to know Clark Bray

Are you feeling isolated or struggling to find meaningful connection? Do you notice yourself returning to unhelpful patterns using substances or other behaviors to cope, only to feel more lost or disconnected? I bring both professional training and lived experience to support you on your path toward greater balance and well-being. My approach is holistic, collaborative, and rooted in compassion. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions to help you build awareness, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change. My work is trauma-informed, and I have experience supporting individuals across diverse identities, including members of the LGBTQ+ community and those from multicultural backgrounds. Outside the therapy room, I find inspiration in music, film, literature, fitness, meditation, and travel. I’m also a trained jazz saxophonist, fluent in French, and have lived and traveled throughout North America and Europe.
