I believe therapy is a space we come to slow down, feel understood, and develop a better understanding of our place in the world. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, chronic health conditions, and difficult life experiences. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves. I believe that our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and experiences are all connected, and I enjoy helping clients make sense of those connections. I help my clients identify and connect with their values, develop greater self-understanding and self-esteem, and find ways to respond to life’s challenges with flexibility and intention. Outside of therapy, I am a movie lover, avid reader, traveler, and proud Chicagoan. My experiences living and studying in different parts of the world have given me a deep appreciation for the many ways people understand themselves and the world around them. I bring that same curiosity to my clinical work.
