I am a bilingual Registered Clinical Social Work Intern providing compassionate, culturally responsive therapy in English and Spanish. We will work together at your pace to better understand your emotions, recognize unhelpful patterns, build practical coping skills, and make meaningful progress toward your personal goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, relevant background, strengths, and personal goals. Together, we will create a treatment plan tailored to your needs. In follow-up sessions, we will explore emotions and thought patterns, practice effective coping skills, review your progress, and adjust our approach as needed. Each session is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you achieve meaningful change.
