Whether we're virtual or in person, I encourage you to come as you are. Grab a water from the mini-fridge and get cozy on the couch, or have your hot tea or coffee ready for our virtual session. If you're looking for a clinical therapist who uses big words, it's not me. We're going to have real conversations filled with laughter and common language!
I hold a Master's in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida, which have equipped me to support you on your journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I practice with empathy and my goal is to help you navigate whatever may have brought you to seek therapy by specializing in motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy and trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral techniques (TF-CBT). I believe that we must address all of you (yes, even the skeletons in the closet that you have tucked away) that have impacted your life and led you here.
I also lovvveee working with couples! If you and your partner are stuck in the endless cycles or feel like the spark is gone, let’s get to work! Not all hope is gone! At one point, you got together because there was something special, so let’s reignite that!
