Feeling overwhelmed, constantly anxious, or misunderstood in your relationships? Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted from trying to keep up with everything while struggling to communicate their needs. I work with adults, couples, and families to build clearer communication, deeper understanding, and more supportive relationships. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative, creating a space where you can slow down, reflect, and feel truly heard.
