I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience. My Master's of Social Work is from Marywood University, completed in 1993. After being employed as a Suicide Prevention Coordinator for more than 6 years, I retired from the Veterans' Administration in 2021. I find great satisfaction and fulfillment in supporting and guiding clients to improve the quality of their lives. My best success has been working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and anger. I am grounded in Client-Centered Therapy, CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
