What should a new client know about working with you?

I gently challenge clients to explore the root cause of their symptoms, gaining new awareness of their emotional and relationship patterns. At the same time, focusing on practical strategies, with an emphasis on relaxation and self-care.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy with clients is viewed as a process together between the client and myself. Within the structure of the therapeutic relationship, my goal for each client is to support access to their inner strengths and promote change.
