Weaving the Tapestry of Your Journey: A Glimpse into Our Sessions Each session is a unique thread woven into the tapestry of your therapeutic journey. This might involve drawing from different therapeutic techniques, like cognitive behavioral therapy or mindfulness practices. Remember, you're an active participant in this process, and your preferences matter. Planting Seeds of Change: The goal is to equip you with tools and strategies that empower you to navigate challenges outside of our sessions. Claudine has been a significant part of my journey. She has this magical way of helping me tap into my own inner resources. Instead of just telling me what to do, she guides me to find the answers within myself. She also helps me be kinder to myself, which is something I really struggle with. With Claudine, therapy feels like a collaborative journey of self-discovery, and I always leave feeling more empowered and compassionate towards myself!
Claudine is an exceptional clinician who has significantly improved my mental well-being. Through her insightful guidance and supportive approach, I've developed valuable coping mechanisms for managing anxiety and stress. I particularly appreciate how she tailors each session to my specific needs, whether it's exploring mindfulness techniques, addressing specific triggers, or developing a personalized action plan for achieving my goals. Claudine's expertise and compassionate support have made a profound positive impact on my life.
Miss claudine is very sweet and veryMiss claudine is very sweet and very helpful. I see her as a friend. She talks me through my emotions, and she's able to truly understand me.
The provider did not show up for the booked time - a video appointment. I called her office and reschedule it for one hour later. She sent us the video link another 30 minutes later. I asked her if she would give the patient, my child, the full 50 minutes of the original appointment. She implied that she would but she only gave my child 30 minutes of the full appointment. I called the office and said I am no longer interested in this provider and I explained my reasons. I asked the office to make sure not to bill me weekly, since they forced me to sing up for autopay before the first appointment. I did not receive any guarantees from the office, just a vague promise that I will not be billed again. I will have to keep an eye on my HSA account. I was told by the office that I should have "spoken up" and that "this can happen when it is a same day appointment." It was "same day" because the provider was late and we rescheduled it. I consider this provider very unprofessional.

You know that feeling stuck on repeat, playing the same worries over and over? That was me for months. Therapy always seemed scary, but then I met Claudine. It felt different right away. Claudine made this safe space where I could finally be honest, you know, without judgment. We didn't get stuck in the past, instead, we focused on building tools for a brighter future. It wasn't always easy, but week by week, I started feeling this shift. The anxiety that used to control me? It loosened its grip, big time. Now, it's like I'm composing a whole new soundtrack for my life. So, if you're feeling stuck, take a chance! Therapy can be the key you need.
