I hold Licenses as a LCSW in NY, NJ & PA, with a Graduate Certificate in Thanatology, a Play Therapy Certificate, and 15+ years of experience in therapy, and a variety of social work platforms. I received my Masters degree from Fordham University in NYC. Rooted in my Caribbean heritage, I draw on both professional expertise and cultural perspective to guide my practice. My Specialty is using Talk Therapy to help relieve mental and emotional distress. I take a warm, and creative approach, creating a safe that is supportive and judgement free, where clients can heal, blossom, and thrive. Therapy is not a one size fit all. Therapy is a dialogue of movement. I use Solution-Focused, Play therapy & CBT Therapy, to name a few. I am intentional about creativity and cultural awareness to support healing and growth.
