Getting to know Clint Ross
Starting therapy can be anxiety-provoking! I intend to guide you in moving through your fears toward the life you want to live. Our anxieties are a sign of what is important to us. All you need to start is to show up. I practice Solution Focused Brief Therapy, a strengths-based approach that highlights and continues what is already working for you while utilizing resources you may have yet to discover. Drawing on my years of experience working with individuals facing OCD, depression, anxiety, and substance use issues, I aim to bring hope and healing. You can leave with a plan of action and the tools needed to thrive.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and Human Development from Lindsey Wilson College. I offer evidence-based solution-focused brief therapy, incorporating acceptance, mindfulness, and behavioral activation skills as the core of my helping style. Non-judgmental listening and respecting your uniqueness are central to the way I work.
It can be hard to ask for help. Many of us struggle silently with challenges that persist despite our best efforts. Whether you’re being tormented by distressing thoughts, difficult emotions, or problematic behaviors, know there is help for you.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits
