Clinton Leonard, LCSW

Psychotherapist
FL
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck - unsure how to keep caring for others while also taking care of themselves. If you're a caregiver, or someone struggling with self-confidence and emotional stress, you don't have to navigate it alone. My name is Clint, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Florida and Alabama. I specialize in supporting caregivers of older adults and individuals with disabilities, as well as helping adults strengthen self-esteem and build lasting confidence. As a former primary caregiver for my father, I understand firsthand the emotional weight that caregiving can carry. Managing appointments, coordinating resources, and coping with guilt or exhaustion can leave little room for your own well-being. Since 2011, I've worked alongside caregivers and families to reduce burnout, set healthier boundaries, and restore a sense of balance and support. I also help individuals who feel held back by self-doubt, anxiety, or depression. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns, develop practical coping skills, and build confidence that carries into daily life, relationships, and decision-making. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on practical tools you can use outside of sessions. You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. The first session is simply a chance for us to talk, understand what's been weighing on you, and see if working together feels like a good fit - with no pressure or expectations. If this sounds like what you're looking for, I'd be honored to support you.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
