Through CBT, she supports clients in recognizing how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected and in learning practical skills to manage distress, build self-confidence, and create meaningful change. She incorporates mindfulness practices to increase present-moment awareness and emotional regulation, while also using strength-based and solution-focused strategies to help clients build on their resilience, clarify their values, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
Outside of work, Cocise enjoys staying active through exercise, traveling, and exploring holistic health. She also loves spending quality time with family and friends.
