I believe my role as a therapist is to help equip you with the tools you need to become the best version of yourself and live a life that feels authentic to you. I also believe that many of the challenges we experience in the present are influenced by past experiences. When we are able to heal the foundation of those struggles, they often become more manageable. I use a variety of approaches to support this process, including relaxation skills, EMDR, expressive arts, mindfulness, and cognitive techniques to challenge negative thought patterns. I show up authentically in sessions and view myself as a guide alongside you in your healing journey.
