What should a new client know about working with you?

Life can feel overwhelming at times—whether it’s the weight of depression or anxiety, the pain of loss, the strain of relationship challenges, or the pull of unhealthy habits. You may feel stuck, uncertain, or disconnected from the life you want. I am here to help you change that. In our work together, you can expect a space that feels safe and free of judgment—a place where you can speak openly, explore what’s interfering in your life, and discover new ways to move forward. I believe in collaboration, meaning we’ll work side-by-side to align your unique needs with practical interventions that foster healing, growth, and lasting change. Therapy is not just about coping—it’s about building a life that feels more authentic, connected, and fulfilling. Whether you’re seeking relief from emotional pain, clarity in a difficult decision, or tools to break unhelpful patterns, I am committed to walk with you on your journey in wellness. You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. Together, we can take the steps toward the future you deserve.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer 15 minute free telephone consultations to discuss your therapy needs and goals, answer any questions you may have and ensure that you feel like I am a good fit for your therapeutic needs. In our first session together, we focus on identifying areas of growth you are wanting to achieve, potential stuck points, and strengths that have supported you thus far and how we can use those to move you forward in life! As we continue our work, we will evaluate what is helpful in therapy and conduct clinical assessments periodically to track your progress and growth. I offer 60 minute sessions both in-person and virtually to reduce obstacles in people accessing care, and accept insurance or self-pay.
