What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy is a space where we can slow down, reflect, and begin to make sense of what’s beneath the surface of their troubles, whatever they may be. My approach is grounded in the belief that real change begins with openness and honesty: with ourselves and with each other. I encourage clients to bring their unfiltered selves into the room, and I support them in facing the things they find hard to name or feel.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My background is in research, and I bring that same curiosity about the world to my work with clients. It is my aim to create a space where clients can gain a deeper understanding of themselves, and more importantly, begin to make progress towards the life they want and deserve.
