Getting to know Colette De Leon

I earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Minnesota in 1993 and continued to earn another Bachelor's of Social Work in 1995 from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In 2001 I completed my educational journey by earning my Master's of Social work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. I have worked with various populations that include adolescents in crisis shelters, residential treatment homes, community mental health settings, and inpatient psychiatric hospitals; adults with severe and persistent mental illness in partial hospitalization programs, as well as juvenile and adult sex offenders that were inpatient as well as outpatient. I joined LifeStance Health (formerly Western Psychological and Counseling Services) in 2007. During my free time, I enjoy traveling and discovering new places, attending community and cultural events in the area, watching soccer (particularly women's soccer), yoga, spending time with my family in California, and trying new restaurants.
