Colin also works with youth on the autism spectrum, as well as those with developmental disabilities, helping them thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. His clinical expertise includes treating anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, often integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to build resilience and emotional regulation. He has extensive experience with first responders, veterans, and individuals affected by substance use or grief, and offers both individual and family therapy to address these complex concerns. In addition to his core focus areas, Colin offers support for couples and mens mental health, and is trained in exposure therapy and faith-based treatment. He offers additional services to meet the diverse needs of clients. Outside of his clinical work, Colin finds joy in spending time with his family, hiking local trails, biking along scenic routes, and cruising the seacoast on his moped. He also enjoys board games, reading, and listening to audiobooks and podcasts.
