I was blessed to find a caring and relatable therapist early who stuck with me on my journey of freedom! I want to be that therapist for you. I enjoy working with all people. My focus includes anxiety; depression; and grief. My style is structured and flexible. We will work to identify your strengths to help you maximize them to overcome your obstacles.
